Why do I need a steering lock?
A steering lock is a visible deterrent — it physically blocks the steering wheel so the car can’t be driven, and most thieves move on the moment they see one. Paired with a Faraday key pouch (which blocks keyless relay attacks), it adds a serious layer of protection to your vehicle.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Standard in-stock colours and finishes are prepared and dispatched within 2–7 working days — most within 48 hours (Mon–Fri). Custom decals and made-to-order finishes take 6–12 working days.
How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery (Yodel) takes 2–4 working days from dispatch (£4.99). Next-day delivery is available at checkout (£9.99). Small accessory-only orders ship from £2.99. International options are shown at checkout.
Will a MyLoque fit my car?
Our steering locks are designed to fit a wide range of vehicles — a universal solution for vehicle security. In the rare event of a fitting issue, contact us and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every lock and Faraday pouch is covered by our 6-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse or modification. Just contact us to start a claim.
Can I return my order?
You can return goods ordered online for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt. Delivery and return carriage is non-refundable on goods ordered in error or no longer required. For no-fault returns a £2.99 post & packaging fee is deducted (£4 for custom steering locks). Please contact us first and we’ll issue a returns slip.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also use our Track Your Order page at any time.
What happened to colour-matched locks?
Colour Match is being rebuilt and will return as a preorder programme. Join the waiting list on our Colour Match page to be first in line. In the meantime, our pre-made vinyl colours ship fast.
