Shipping policy

All MyLoque products are made to order and shipped fully tracked, UK-wide and worldwide.

Production times: in-stock colours and standard locks are prepared in 2–7 working days. Custom decals, colour-matched and custom-branded locks take 6–12 working days. Express production is available on selected products.

Orders placed after 3:00pm are processed the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking is released within 48 hours of dispatch. Express delivery is available when selected at checkout.

International shipping rates are based on order weight and calculated at checkout. Unless specified otherwise, rates exclude any import taxes, charges, duties or clearance costs, and we shall not be liable for such sums.
