Production times
In-stock colours & standard finishes: prepared and dispatched within 2–7 working days — most orders within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
Custom decals & made-to-order finishes: 6–12 working days.
Production time is how long your lock takes to be built and dispatched — delivery time is added on top.
UK delivery
Standard (Yodel): 2–4 working days — £4.99
Next Day Delivery: £9.99 (from point of dispatch)
Small items / accessory-only orders: from £2.99
Ordering a lock and an accessory together? You only pay the lock’s shipping — never both.
International delivery
Europe: Standard tracked £15 (5–12 business days) · Express tracked £25 (4–7 business days)
Rest of world: Standard tracked £30 · Express tracked £45
All international orders are fully tracked.
Returns
Return goods for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt. Delivery and return carriage is non-refundable on goods ordered in error or no longer required. No-fault returns have a £2.99 post & packaging deduction (£4 for custom locks). Contact us first and we’ll issue a returns slip.
Warranty
All locks and Faraday pouches carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
