Please note: All orders placed AFTER 3:00pm, will be processed the following working day, adding 1 working day to the expected delivery date. For example an order placed on Monday after 3pm will be processed on the Tuesday meaning that a 5-7 working day delivery would be expected between the Thursday and the following Monday.

For orders placed on non-working days (Saturday or Sunday) or bank holidays, please add 1 working day to your delivery date.

International Shipping

We are able to offer an international shipping service to the following countries, these services are based on the weight or your order, which is calculated at the checkout. Unless specified below, the rate EXCLUDES any import taxes, charges, duties or clearance costs and we shall not be liable for such sums.

What's more if you spend over £100 online then you'll have the option to select free shipping too. Unfortunately due to Brexit and the additional clearance procedures all of our parcels are going through, our shipping transit times have been extended to 5-10 workings days.

Production Vs Shipping

At MyLoque, transparency is key to us.

You may be wondering what the difference between express produciton & express shipping is, and most importantly - when will you get your order?

MyLoques are proudly made to order, although this does of course introduce some delay in order fulfillment

Our 'Production time' refers to how long it will take for your very own MyLoque to be built & dispatched from our HQ - choosing express production will expedite how quickly your order progresses through our production process.

Shipping time, as you might expect, is the speed of the shipping service your order is sent out with

It's important to note that this only applies to the point at which your order leaves MyLoque - meaning that just selecting Express shipping alone means that your order will still be subject to the standard production time, but will be sent out Express once production is complete

The total time for your oder to reach your door from point of order confirmation will be Production Time + Shipping Time

Example: Standard 2 - 7 day production + Express 1 - 2 day shipping = 3 - 9 day total wait time

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can track your MyLoque right to your doorstep!

If you've decided to customise your MyLoque, we'll be sure to keep you updated via email as your lock progresses through production, being hand built to your specification

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damage & Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Custom items that are made to order or items bought on sale / with gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged. Please get in touch if you have a question about your specific item

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return - If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - please bare in mind there will be a processing time for the refund
