Please note: All orders placed AFTER 3:00pm, will be processed the following working day, adding 1 working day to the expected delivery date. For example an order placed on Monday after 3pm will be processed on the Tuesday meaning that a 5-7 working day delivery would be expected between the Thursday and the following Monday.

We are able to offer an international shipping service to the following countries, these services are based on the weight or your order, which is calculated at the checkout. Unless specified below, the rate EXCLUDES any import taxes, charges, duties or clearance costs and we shall not be liable for such sums.
What's more if you spend over £100 online then you'll have the option to select free shipping too. Unfortunately due to Brexit and the additional clearance procedures all of our parcels are going through, our shipping transit times have been extended to 5-10 workings days.

Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damage & Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Custom items that are made to order or items bought on sale / with gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged. Please get in touch if you have a question about your specific item
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return - If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - please bare in mind there will be a processing time for the refund
Can I return my items?
You may return goods ordered online with us for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Delivery and return carriage is non refundable on goods ordered in error or goods that are no longer required.
If you are returning your product due to no fault, we will deduct a posting and packaging fee of £2.99 from your refund.
If you have ordered a Custom Steering Lock, a £4 charge will be deducted from your order refund.

This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different product within 30 days of receipt.
